TRINIDAD VIEW

The project involved an extensive remodel and addition to a small, single-story residence. It enlarged the house and allowed for a high second story to take advantage of the view out over the ocean.
The house interior was completed gutted. The old standard eight foot tall ceilings where opened up in the living spaces to allow for vaulted, heavy timber ceilings. The owner chose finishes that were rustic and in an coastal theme.
Exterior connections were enhanced with a large, covered deck on the ground floor and balcony off the master bedroom to take in the ocean air.
